The attorney dashboard requires authenticated sign-in. Only staff accounts granted an attorney or admin role can view leads, conversations, and knowledge base content.

Role assignments can only be made by an administrator. Self-service role changes are not permitted.

The neoLEGAL Assistant chat collects information you provide during intake — typically your name, phone, email, county, and a description of your matter. This information is used to route your inquiry to Your Law Firm so an attorney can follow up.

Conversations are stored to support attorney follow-up and quality review. Information is not sold.

neoLEGAL Intake is built on the Lovable platform. Application data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security enabled on tables containing customer information, and access to those tables is scoped to authenticated staff roles. Communication with the application is served over HTTPS.

These are platform capabilities we have enabled — not an independent certification.

neoLEGAL Intake relies on Lovable for application hosting and managed backend services, and on AI providers accessed through the Lovable AI gateway for generating chat responses. Email notifications, if enabled, are delivered through a transactional email provider.

The site uses storage required for authenticated sessions on the attorney dashboard. Analytics, if enabled, are limited to aggregate usage of the public marketing pages.

Intake information is retained for as long as needed to evaluate, respond to, and document your inquiry, and to meet professional and legal recordkeeping obligations applicable to Your Law Firm.

Lovable provides the underlying hosting and managed backend capabilities (Your Law Firm configures and operates neoLEGAL Intake on top of those capabilities). Visitors are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit. neoLEGAL Assistant is an AI intake assistant — it does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
