I'm Jonathan George — known online as NeoShade. I've been writing code for 35+ years, from embedded systems and enterprise platforms to modern full-stack and applied AI. I'm the founder of NeoShade AI and the sole creator of neoLEGAL Intake — the 24/7 AI intake system this site runs on.
The long version
I started programming as a kid and never stopped. Across 35+ years I've shipped embedded firmware, enterprise back-ends, cloud infrastructure, and — for the last several years — production AI systems. neoLEGAL is what happens when all of that experience collides with the real, unglamorous problem of a law firm losing qualified leads at 2 AM.
From Musca Law to neoLEGAL
neoLEGAL was born from prior digital work I did for Musca Law. Sitting on the intake side of a real firm, I watched leads slip through voicemail, contact forms, and after-hours gaps. So I built the intake receptionist I wished existed: a conversational AI that runs 24/7, collects a full 10-step intake, cites Florida statutes correctly, appends the Bar disclaimer on every message, and hands a clean case summary to the attorney before coffee. Every line of it is mine.
NeoShade AI
NeoShade AI is my independent studio. The thesis is simple: sovereign, human-directed AI beats generic AI slop. That means custom architectures, philosophy-integrated reasoning, and systems that a single accountable human designed end-to-end — not a Frankenstein of copy-pasted templates. neoLEGAL, BruceAI, and Divine Mirror AI all come out of that thesis.
Music, and a legacy for one kid
Outside the terminal I'm a prolific musician — 1,900+ songs across 105+ albums released under NeoShade. I'm also a single father, and a lot of what I ship is deliberately legacy-focused: real work with my name on it, that will still be here in twenty years.
